After this, I tried to run the installer again, but the message has not changed. I found an equivalent question on, but I can't see the responses.

I'm googling it for some time now, and I'm getting increasingly frustrated. Does anyone has experienced this problem?

Or better, does anyone knows a solution? I'm running an updated Windows XP Professional (5.1, Build 2600) Service Pack 3 (2600.xpsp_sp3_gdr.0) on a Dell Latitude D630. By the way, I'm not sure if this is the best site to ask this. Maybe stackoverflow.com would be better, but it's not a strictly programming question.
