I would like to make these calendars a little more efficient. Is there a way to take a single calendar which can display 6 different conference rooms and resources like projectors. Example: David clicks on friday the 9th, it opens up and and then displays 6 conference rooms and what times are available and what resources are free at those times. I also need it to be smart enough to say a meeting ending at 3:30 that at 3:31 it is now available for use. But to simplify it we can look at one room, one calendar, one resource. Monday the 12th dave needs the room, needs the resource, but when his meeting is over at 3:00 the calendar frees up the room and resource making it available to be reserved / scheduled.
